Professional Consultation

Effective treatment for OCD and related disorders requires more than general therapy training–it takes specialized knowledge, guided practice, and a commitment to understanding the nuances of these conditions. At Reclaim Wellness Group, we offer professional consultation for mental health providers who want to strengthen their skills in delivering evidence-based care using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and related approaches.

Consultation may be helpful for clinicians who:

  • Work with clients experiencing OCD, anxiety, or related conditions and want guidance on complex cases

  • Are seeking mentorship or ongoing support as they integrate ERP or ACT into their clinical practice

  • Need access to training materials, therapist resources, and client handouts tailored for OCD treatment

  • Supervise students or trainees who see individuals with OCD and want to ensure competent, ethical supervisory practices

These consultations are typically provided by Dr. Russell Street, Psy.D., HSPP, co-founder of Reclaim Wellness Group, a long-time member of the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF), and one of the region’s leading experts in OCD and anxiety disorders. Dr. Street provides continuing education workshops, supervises pre-doctoral and graduate students in training, and frequently appears on podcasts and media outlets to promote awareness and improve access to quality care.

Our goal is to expand the reach of evidence-based OCD treatment by supporting clinicians who share our commitment to helping individuals reclaim their lives from anxiety and fear.

Interested clinicians can complete the contact form on our Contact Us page to schedule a free, brief phone call with Dr. Street to discuss training needs, consultation frequency, and hourly rates.

Individual Psychotherapy

We understand how exhausting it can be to live with anxiety, OCD, or perfectionism — especially when finding the right help feels impossible. At Reclaim Wellness Group, you’ll work one-on-one with a clinician who truly specializes in treating these conditions. Using proven therapies like ACT, ERP, and Habit Reversal Training, we’ll help you face fears, reduce compulsions, and move toward a life guided by your values rather than your anxiety.

We treat a wide range of challenges, including OCD, social anxiety, hoarding, trauma-related distress, and body-focused repetitive behaviors. As part of our mission, we also engage in community outreach and education to expand access to specialized care — because effective treatment should never be out of reach.

You don’t have to face this alone. Reach out today to connect with a therapist who understands OCD and anxiety — and can help you begin reclaiming your life.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Sometimes, progress requires more time, structure, and support than weekly sessions can offer. Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed for individuals who are ready to make rapid gains through focused, individualized care.

Typically lasting two weeks — though duration can extend to three or four weeks based on individual needs — our IOP offers up to three hours of daily one-on-one therapy with two to three of our clinicians working collaboratively as your treatment team. Flexible scheduling allows us to meet twice per day to provide the intensity and consistency that can help create meaningful, lasting change.

While most participants seek the IOP for OCD, we also work with individuals experiencing PTSD, social anxiety, or body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs) such as hair-pulling or skin-picking. Treatment is always personalized and may include:

  • Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for OCD and related disorders

  • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) or ACT for PTSD

  • Habit Reversal Training (HRT) and ACT for BFRBs

  • ACT-based approaches for other anxiety conditions and perfectionism

This program is ideal for individuals whose symptoms require more concentrated care or additional resources, or for those seeking momentum when traditional weekly sessions aren’t enough. Co-occurring conditions can also be addressed within the program, and follow-up care is coordinated after completion to ensure a smooth transition back to standard therapy.

The process begins with a consultation with one of our clinicians to determine whether the IOP is the right fit for your current needs. Next, your clinician will administer an assessment for diagnostic clarification and to determine your current level of symptom severity. The information collected in your consultation and assessment will be used to ensure the IOP is the best fit for your current treatment needs. For details about cost, scheduling, and availability, our reception staff can guide you through next steps.

Recovery doesn’t have to take forever. Reach out today to schedule a consultation and explore whether our intensive program is the right next step in your journey toward change.

Group Therapy

Living with OCD or anxiety can feel isolating — but you’re not alone. At Reclaim Wellness Group, our therapy groups bring together individuals who share similar experiences, goals, and values in recovery. Led by clinicians who specialize in OCD, anxiety, and related disorders, these groups create a space for genuine connection, mutual understanding, and lasting growth.

Our members often describe their group as a turning point — a community where they can finally say, “These people get it.” Together, participants learn to strengthen the tools they’ve gained in individual therapy, support one another through challenges, and celebrate progress toward a life less ruled by fear and uncertainty.
