Ketamine Assessments

Screening is required to determine if an individual meets criteria for ketamine infusions. Common approved conditions include anxiety and depressive disorders along with medical conditions that cause chronic pain.

 

Assessments can be completed by our in-house therapists Sara Sutphin, M.Ed. or Street Russell, Psy.D. or, alternatively, you can request an appointment through Blooming Medical Group for a telehealth assessment with Emily Pevtsov, PA-C who is a licensed psychiatric provider who can also prescribe medication if deemed appropriate.
